Things are coming together at the South Loop residential tower known as 1333 South Wabash. How much? Enough that the developer, CMK Companies, held a media preview of the building recently.
The 28-story tower designed by Brininstool and Lynch is just a couple of weeks away from welcoming its first residents. Residences on offer range from 668 (one bedroom) to 1,175 square feet (two bedrooms) and run from $1,850 to $2,775, with balconies out the wazoo.
