Sienna Flats (423 East Ohio Street), the low-rise podium portion of the 42-story Moment skyscraper is getting all buttoned up for its big debut.  Streeterville Spy Joel sent in the photograph above showing the green insulating layer of the facade being replaced by its final brown layer, encroaching from the right.

Although the flats are physically part of the same development as Moment, it’s being handled separately.  Instead of high-rise apartments, Sienna Flats features 50 hip soft loft homes (“flats”) above ground floor retail space.  Pre-leasing is already underway for an August delivery.
