On a gloomy morning in Chicago, Fifield Companies celebrated a bright future for Next Apartments, its rental tower in the city’s Cabrini-Green neighborhood.
Hosts Steve and Randy Fifield praised their development, design, and lending teams for all pitching in to get Next to this point, just nine months after gathering on the same site for ground-breaking ceremonies. (Isn’t it wonderful what a mild winter can do for Chicago construction projects?)
When it opens this fall, Next will bring 305 luxury rentals to 347 West Chestnut Street with 186 parking spaces packed into the podium. It will have its own coffee bar. There will be lots of other high-end amenities, but ITS OWN COFFEE BAR.
Expect Next Apartments to open in Fall 2016.
