A couple of weeks ago, thanks to a tip from Streeterville Spy Daniel, we told you that the first signs of construction for One Bennett Park (451 East Grand Avenue) were about to be laid down.  Hours later, construction fences went up, and skyscraper nerds across Chicagoland pumped their fists in celebration.

Since then, friends-of-the-blog Related Midwest sent over a new set of renderings of the project so that everyone can get a better idea of what the Robert A.M. Stern-designed skyscraper will look like.  Better grab a napkin before scrolling through the pictures.  There will be drool.
