A couple of weeks ago we told you that Belgravia Group has another CA residential building on the drawing boards for Chicago’s Near West Side. CA Washington will replace the former A&A auto repair shop at 1045 West Washington Street.
The good people over at Sullivan Goulette & Wilson have since sent over a revised rendering of the building, showing a few modifications. Most prominently, a change in the color scheme of the exterior, which makes the whole project seem lighter. Also, the balconies have been refined; and the large, vertical slabs have been removed from the light well.
You can play Spot The Difference with the before and after animation below and decide which version you like better. It’s like Highlights for Children magazine, but without the dentist’s office.
