Wait a Moment. Do You Know Sienna Flats?

Not just the podium at Moment; this is Sienna Flats.

We’ve done our fair share of coverage at Moment, the 42-story, friends-of-the-blog Solomon Cordwell Buenz-designed apartment tower in Streeterville. Chicago-based Golub & Company is delivering 490 luxury rental units to the site at 545 North McClurg Court, along with 5,200 square feet of retail space along the corner of Grand and McClurg.

But just a second; there’s more to Moment. At 423 East Ohio Street, Sienna Flats are also taking shape. Thought that was just your run-of-the-mill podium going up? Not so. Sienna Flats will include 50 “trendy flats,” as well as another 6,000 square feet of ground-level retail space along Ohio Street.
